DIY Basement Shelves

Building your own shelves is a great way to get storage space in your basement without spending a lot of money. And it’s really easy to do. Here’s how:

1. Decide how big you want your shelves to be.
2. Cut the boards to size.
3. Sand down any rough edges.
4. Paint or stain the boards, if desired.
5. Attach the boards to the wall using screws or nails.
